I initially employed Paul Conreen of Warrington Builders, to design and build a large project at my home. He has done further landscaping and rennovative work since. He was always friendly, conscientious, completely reliable and hard working. He was always considerate and polite to us, his clients, keeping us informed of what he was doing. He ensured that his team always left the site tidy and safe. During the time I have known Paul, his integrity and honesty have always been apparent. He has passion and determination to maximise any opportunities he gets to learn, develop and apply his skills. He ‘thinks on his feet’ and always works to find practical solutions when unexpected problems arise. 

I recommend Paul’s work in the landscaping, brickwork and building trade unreservedly. He is reliable, extremely hard working and a wonderful role model for members of his ‘Team’ who work for him. He shows integrity when faced with unfamiliar challenges and completes work to a very high standard. The intelligence and interest he shows in his University studies, he also brings to his work, whatever he is doing.

Paul Conreen and his staff have done major building work on our old cottage and transformed it/ brought it into the 21st century. He has worked inside and outside intermittently for some 10 years and each time has delivered a top quality result. Full of creative ideas and their implementation always delivered with a smile. Cannot speak too highly of his workmanship and can-do attitude, a great guy to have as a friend. Thank you Paul and team.

6 years after Paul designed our garden to a specification to suit a wheelchair user, we asked him to come back to make further changes to suit our new requirements. We were a bit unsure as to what our options were in terms of designs and colour scheme. Paul came up with a several different ideas and left us to choose. We made our decision based on one of his ideas and he came back and completed the project for us. It looks fantastic. We can highly recommend Paul. He has some really unique ideas that work (look at his portfolio to see for yourself) and he also works with you letting you know when/where you have options so that you get results that you want.

I hired Paul to build and design a rock water feature in my garden. Something classic but inspired. He didn’t disappoint. We were kept informed every step of the way. His pleasant attitude and hard work is something I highly recommend. Worth every penny.
